On Monday, March 23, 2026, at 6:30 pm, the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) will hold public hearing in the Edward H. Dlott Room at 13 East Central Street, Natick, MA to review the application of Silva Development LLC (the “Applicant”). The Applicant seeks a Section 6 Finding for the demolition of an existing One-Family Dwelling and construction of a new One-Family Dwelling on a pre-existing non-conforming lot (the “Project”).
