On Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 7:00 pm, the Planning Board will hold a hybrid public hearing in the Edward H. Dlott (Select Board) Meeting Room, 13 East Central Street, Natick, MA and virtually (Zoom) to review the application of Gables Residential Services, Inc., a Texas Corporation (the “Applicant”).
o Property: 273 West Central Street (Assessor Map 39, Lot 30)
o Application: Application for Site Plan Review (§ III-A.2, § III-D, §IV.C, §V-D, §V-H, §V-I, §VI-DD, § VI-K); in addition to compliance with the Aquifer Protection District (§ III-A.5) of the Natick Zoning Bylaws
o Project: Redevelopment of the Property for use as a Mixed-use Residential Development, with associated site improvements
