The property is zoned M-2 (Heavy Industrial). This application has been filed under the provisions of Chapter 10.80 of Title 10 of Tulare City Code. The Community Development Department has determined that this project is exempt pursuant to Section 15304 (e) (minor alterations to land) of the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970, as amended.
