
NOTICE OF PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2026-03
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Tulare, State of California, will consider a request by Juanita Fonseca for new Conditional Use Permit to operate a stationary mobile vending vehicle on the property located at 3450 South K Street. The property is zoned M-2 (Heavy Industrial).
This application has been filed under the provisions of Chapter 10.80 of Title 10 of Tulare City Code.
The Community Development Department has determined that this project is exempt pursuant to Section 15304 (e) (minor alterations to land) of the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970, as amended.
The Planning Commission of the City of Tulare will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 24th, 2025 beginning at 5:30 p.m., at Council Chambers, 491 North 'M' Street, Tulare, California.
