NOTICE OF DECISION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on February 26, 2026, the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Rumson formally adopted a Resolution memorializing the action of the Board taken at its January 22, 2026 meeting, granting to LSP, LLC t/a Barnacle Bill's preliminary and final site plan approval for the construction of outdoor dining improvements consisting of outdoor floor decking, stabilized lawn areas and landscaping, with a conditional use (d(3)) variance regarding conditionally permitted restaurant use requirements not being met, and bulk "c" variances for expansion of a non-conforming use, change in existing site improvements, location of outdoor café, lot coverage (café), rear yard setback and parking, all in the GB Zone, for premises known as Block 5, Lot 2 on the Official Tax Map of the Borough of Rumson, and more commonly known as 1 First Street, Rumson, New Jersey.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Resolution is on file in the Office of the Secretary of the Zoning Board of Adjustment at the Rumson Municipal Building, 80 East River Road, Rumson, New Jersey, and is available for inspection during regular business hours.
