You are hereby notified that the above-styled action seeking Foreclosure of a Security Deed relating to property known as 8 Julliard Court, Savannah, Georgia 31419 was filed against you on August 18, 2026. Pursuant to a March 5, 2026 Order Granting Motion to Serve Defendant Melissa L. Lewis by Publication, you are commanded and required to file with the Clerk of said Court and to serve upon Plaintiff's Attorney, W. Reese Willis III, Aldridge Pite, LLP, Six Piedmont Center, 3525 Piedmont Road, N.E., Suite 700, Atlanta, GA 30305, an Answer to the Complaint within sixty (60) days of March 5, 2026. The Clerk of Superior Court of Chatham County is hereby directed to enclose, direct, stamp, and mail a copy of the Notice of Publication, together with a copy of the March 5, 2026 order, and the Complaint, to Melissa L.
