You are hereby notified that a Petition to Quiet Title has been filed in the office of the clerk of the above-named court naming you as a Defendant in the above-entitled action, which Petition prays that the title to the real estate above-described, be quieted in them, as against the adverse claims of each and all of the Defendants, and that all of said Defendants be forever barred and estopped from having or claiming any right, title or interest in or to said real estate, adverse to the Petitioner herein, and that Petitioner be decreed to be absolute owner in fee simple of said real estate, and for other general equitable relief.
