Roll Call/Call to Order President Russell Eimers called the meeting to order at 10:00 am. Actions Taken All actions taken below were approved unanimously unless otherwise stated. Pat Stief (Traer) motioned to approve the December 18, 2025 General Membership Meeting minutes. Tim Heisdorffer (Farmers Electric) seconded.Kevin Kirchner (Vinton) motioned to approve Nominating Committee's recommendation to elect Tim Heisdorffer (Farmers Electric) as President, Jake Froehlich (Story City) as Vice President, and Brandon Craighton (Odgen) as Secretary/Treasurer. III. Elections to Board Pat Stief (Traer), Brandon Craighton (Ogden), and Cody Franklin (West Liberty) were elected by General Membership ballot to the Administrative Board to serve a three-year term beginning March 1, 2026 and ending March 1, 2029.
