The object of this action is to foreclosure a mortgage upon the premises described below, executed by Sonia R. White dated the January 16, 2007, to secure the sum of $195,000.00 and recorded at Book 12380, Page 182 in the Office of the Orange County Clerk on March 5, 2007. The mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed July 3, 2013 and recorded on August 9, 2013, in the Office of the Orange County Clerk at Book 13627, Page 1800. The mortgage was subsequently modified on October 10, 2022. The mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed April 14, 2025 and recorded on April 28, 2025, in the Office of the Orange County Clerk at Instrument Number 20250028891 Book 15722, Page 297.
