CITY OF MILWAUKEE - COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM PUBLIC NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF YEAR 2025 CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE & EVALUATION REPORT In accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the City of Milwaukee has prepared and will submit to HUD a Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) covering the City's Community Development Program from January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025. This report is to be used by HUD in reviewing program performance as well as considering the City's program for continued funding. The comment period for review of this report is from March 13, 2026 through March 30, 2026. At your request, your comments will be forwarded to HUD, as required by Federal regulations.
