Town of Rutland – Request for Proposals The Town of Rutland is seeking written proposals from qualified and licensed real estate brokerage firms to provide professional real estate brokerage services for the marketing and sale of Town-owned real property. Services include market analysis, MLS listing, marketing strategy, advertising, coordination of showings, buyer communications, assistance with evaluating and negotiating offers, and support through closing. Full scope included in the RFP. Proposals must be submitted in the manner described in the RFP and received no later than 1:00 PM on April 17, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.
