Notice is hereby given that, in pursuance of an Order of the District Court of Osage County, Oklahoma, Case No. PB-2025-105, made on March 9, 2026 in the Matter of the Estates of Sue Allen a/k/a Carolyn Sue Allen and Robert L. Allen a/k/a Robert Landon Allen, the decedents above named, the Administrator LANDON ALLEN will sell at private sale, subject to confirmation of said Court, on or after April 3, 2026, all the right, title, interest and estate of the said Sue Allen a/k/a Carolyn Sue Allen and Robert L. Allen a/k/a Robert Landon Allen, the decedents above named, at the time of their deaths, and all right, title and interest that the estates have, by operation of law, or otherwise, acquired in and to all real property, situate in Osage County, State of Oklahoma, described as follows, to-wit:
A TRACT OF LAND IN THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE/4) OF SECTION SEVEN (7), TOWNSHIP TWENTY-SIX (26) NORTH, RANGE FIVE (5) EAST OF THE INDIAN MERIDIAN, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE/4);
THENCE WEST, ALONG THE SOUTH LINE THEREOF, 495.00 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE SOUTHWEST CONER OF THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (E/2 SW/4 SE/4 SE/4 SE/4);

THENCE NORTH, 990.00 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE EAST HALF OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (E/2 NW/4 SE/4 SE/4);
THENCE EAST, ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE/4 SE/4), 990.00 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER THEREOF;
THENCE SOUTH, ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE/4 SE/4), 1320.00 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING,
CONTAINING 28.12 ACRES, MORE OR LESS.
Bids must be in writing and shall be delivered to the Administrator, LANDON ALLEN, in care of his attorney, MATT D. MATHESON of Jones Property Law, P.L.L.C., 1927 South Boston Avenue Suite 100, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74119, or may be delivered to the Administrator personally.
