In pursuance of an Order of Sale from said Court to me directed, I will offer for advertising beginning on March 10th, 2026 at public auction, in accordance with ORC Section 2329.153, online @ https://franklin.sh
eriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on Friday, the April 10th, 2026 at 9:00 o'clock A.M., and if not then sold, on the May 1st, 2026 at 9:00 o'clock A.M., the following described real estate, situated in the County of Franklin and State of Ohio, and in the City of Westerville:
Being 82.46 feet of lots numbered 89 and 90 as numbered on the plat of the new survey of Westerville, Ohio made A.D. 1885 by B.F. Bowen Surveyor and recorded in Plat Book 3, page 404, the same being 82.46 feet off the east side of said Lots 89 and 90 on Plum Street in said Village of Westerville and extending back from said Plum Street North (135.3 ft.) one hundred and thirty five and 3/10 ft.
Excepting Therefrom the following premises conveyed by Deed of record in Deed Book 1876 Page 645;
Beginning at an iron pipe on the north line of Plum Street and at the southeast comer of Lot 90 of said addition (old Lot No. 15); thence west along the north line of Plum Street 41.7 feet to an iron pipe; thence north 135.3 feet to an iron pipe; thence east 41.7 feet to an iron pin marking the northeast corner of Lot 90; thence south along the east line of Lot 90 135.3 feet to the place of beginning.

Second Sale - If the property does not sell at the first auction, a second sale of this property will be held on May 1st, 2026. The second sale shall be made without regard to the minimum bid requirements in ORC Section 2329.20, but shall be subject to costs, allowance and taxes under ORC Section 2329.21.
