Request for Statements of Qualifications
Design-Build Streambank Stabilization
The Licking Park District is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for professional design and construction services (Design-Build Services) for streambank stabilization along the Thomas J Evans Trail at Raccoon Creek in Granville, Ohio. The project will restore approximately 60 linear feet of failing bank, install stormwater drainage as required for positive flow under the existing trail, asphalt trail repair, fencing repair, and landscape repair.
The Design-Builder shall be selected in a two-stage process in conformance with the ORC 153.693 which shall include a submittal of qualifications from teams desiring to be considered followed by the selection of a short list of teams requested to provide a conceptual plan, detailed scope of services, and cost proposal for construction, design, and permitting fees.
SOQs will be received until Thursday, April 9, 2026, 10:00 am (eastern standard time). Sealed SOQs may be mailed to Licking Park District, PO Box 590, Granville, OH 43023, or delivered in-person to LPD Office, 4309 Lancaster Rd., Granville, OH 43023. Provide four (4) printed copies and an electronic version of the SOQ in .PDF format that should be emailed to info@lickingparkdistrict.com. Proposals shall be sealed and marked as “SOQ Design-Build Streambank Stabilization (Thomas J Evans Trail @ Racoon Creek - Granville, OH”).
Submitted Statements of Qualifications are not subject to public inspection until after the submission deadline. Statements of Qualifications will be evaluated and Respondents may be contacted for interviews to be conducted by phone/Teams or in-person or for the submission of additional information.

OH 44305, 1-800-821-3700 or at www.aaplanroom.com upon payment of printing/download/shipping costs. Payment shall be made to AABlueprint. The above website will be updated periodically with addenda, reports, and other information relevant to submitting an SOQ for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other RFQ Documents will be offered only through the above website. SOQ documents are not returnable for a refund. Neither Owner nor Criteria Engineer/Architect will be responsible for SOQ Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the above website.
The Licking Park District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all SOQs based upon the criteria and requirements set forth herein.
