ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this proceeding is to secure the foreclosure of all rights of redemption in the following property, the Property is described in the certificate of sale as “3.1 AC Nanticoke Road S of Tyaskin” and the Property is more particularly described as appearing on Wicomico County Tax Map 0053, Grid 0012, Parcel 0185 and assigned Maryland Tax ID No. 03-001032 and with an address of Nanticoke Road, Tyaskin, MD 21865 SOLD BY THE Collector of Taxes for the County of Wicomico and the State of Maryland to the plaintif fin this proceeding:
The Property is described in the certificate of sale as “3.1 AC Nanticoke Road S of Tyaskin”
The complaint states, among other things, that the amount necessary for redemption has not been paid.
It is thereupon this 29th of January, 2026, by the Circuit Court for Wicomico County
ORDERED: That notice be given by the insertion of a copy ofthis order in some newspaper having a general circulation in Wicomico County, Maryland once a week for 3 successive weeks, warning all persons interested in the property to appear in this Court by the 31st day of March 2026 and redeem the property known as Nanticoke Road, Tyaskin, MD 21865 (Tax ID No. 03-001032 and answer the complaint or thereafter a final judgment will be entered foreclosing all rights of redemption in the property, and vesting in the plaintiff a title, fee and clear of all encumbrances. Failure to answer within the allowed time period may result in judgment by default or the granting ofthe reliefrequested by the plaintiff.
