French to Chase Bank USA, N.A., dated December 18, 2006, and recorded with the Bristol County (Northern District) Registry of Deeds in Book 16456, Page 214, of which mortgage the undersigned is the present holder by assignment of mortgage from Chase Bank USA, N.A. to Chase Home Finance, LLC, dated February 3, 2009, and recorded with said Registry in Book 18342, Page 104, by assignment of mortgage from JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. successor by merger to Chase Home Finance, LLC to PennyMac Corp., dated April 3, 2014, and recorded with said Registry in Book 21632, Page 120, by assignment of mortgage from PennyMac Corp. to Citibank, N.A., dated April 12, 2016, and recorded with said Registry in Book 22931, Page 217 by assignment of mortgage from Citibank, N.A. to PennyMac Corp., dated February 20, 2019, and recorded with said Registry in Book 24976, Page 31, by assignment of mortgage from PennyMac Corporation to U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as Trustee for the RMAC Trust, Series 2016-CTT, dated August 8, 2024, and recorded with said Registry in Book 28976, Page 347, for breach of the conditions of said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing the same will be sold by Public Auction at 10:00 o’clock A.M. on the 31st day of March 2026 at the mortgaged premises located at 96 Old Colony Avenue_, Unit 552, East Taunton, Bristol County, Massachusetts, all and singular the premises described in said mortgage, To wit: UNIT NO. 552 (THE "UNIT") LOCATED AT RIVER BEND CONDOMINIUM, LOCATED AT OLD COLONY AVENUE, TAUNTON, BRISTOL COUNTY, COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS, (THE CONDOMINIUM"), A CONDOMINIUM ESTABLISHED PURSUANT TO MASSACHUSETTS GENERAL LAWS, CHAPTER 183 A, BY MASTER DEED DATED DECEMBER 10, 1986, RECORDED WITH THE BRISTOL COUNTY NORTHERN DISTRICT REGISTRY OF DEEDS IN BOOK 3240, PAGE 265, AS AMENDED BY PHASE II AMENDMENT TO MASTER DEED, DATED APRIL 29, 1988, RECORDED MAY 2, 1988 IN BOOK 3768, PAGE 317, ("MASTER DEED"), WHICH UNIT IS SHOWN ON THE FLOOR PLANS OF THE BUILDINGS FILED SIMULTANEOUSLY WITH SAID MASTER DEED.
