NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS PRINCE GEORGE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS   The Board of Supervisors will hold public hearings on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, beginning at 6:00 p.m. concerning the following requests:   SPECIAL EXCEPTION # SE-25-0005: Request to permit the expansion of an existing Dominion Energy electrical substation within an R-A (Residential Agricultural) and R-1 (Limited Residential) Zoning District, pursuant to Prince George County Zoning Ordinance Section 90-103(15) & 90-202(6). The subject property is approximately 0.97 acres in size, located on Arwood Rd., and is identified as Tax Map 540(02)00-001-A. The Comprehensive Plan indicates the property is planned for Agriculture uses.   REZONING # RZ-25-0008: Request to conditionally rezone 43.62 acres from B-1 (General Business) & R-2 (Limited Residential) to R-TH (Residential Townhouse). The intent behind the rezoning is to develop a maximum of 309 townhouse dwelling units. The subject property is located at the intersection of Middle Road and Branchester Parkway and is identified as Tax Maps 130(06)00-003-0, 130(17)00-004-0, 130(17)00-001-0, 130(06)00-002-0, 130(06)00-003-H, & 130(17)00-002-0. The Comprehensive Plan indicates the property is planned for Residential – Multi-Family, Commercial, and Residential uses.   The public hearings will be held in the Board Room, third floor, County Administration Building, 6602 Courts Drive, Prince George, Virginia 23875.
