In general, the major work items include: The overhaul of existing Chiller #1 at the National Bowling Stadium located at 300 University Way, Reno, NV, and the installation of chiller system controllers and sensors to provide monitoring and scheduling capabilities on the Building Management System (BMS) network. The Bidders attention is directed to Nevada Revised Statutes 338.01165 setting forth the requirements for the use of apprentices on public works which requires a contractor or subcontractor to comply with certain requirements relating to the use of apprentices on public works.
