Online bids for improvements to the Silver Springs Airport will be received by the Lyon County through QuestCDN at www.hwlochner.com beginning on April 1 , 2026 and extend through bid closing on April 6, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. (PDT).
The work involved includes the following:

A digital download of Project Documents and other related contract information may be ordered online at www.hwlochner.com . These project documents may be downloaded for $60.00. Payment must be made directly to QuestCDN. This cost includes access to online bidding. There will be no refunds. The QuestCDN project number is 10085918. Bid quantities and schedules may be viewed prior to purchase under the "view bid documents" section on QuestCDN.
Each online bid submittal must include a PDF copy of a Bid Bond executed by a Surety Company in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the total bid made payable to Lyon County and uploaded to QuestCDN as part of the bid submittal process.
The Bidder must supply all the information required by the proposal forms and specifications and must bid on all items of every schedule. Lyon County reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to reject any or all portions of, the various bid items. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of 120 days from the opening thereof.
A non-mandatory online pre-bid meeting for all prospective bidders will be held via Microsoft Teams on March 24, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. (PDT). Meeting access instructions will be sent to all plan holders or you may request an invitation to the pre-bid meeting by contacting Nadine Burgard with Lochner at nburgard@hwlochner.com. Prospective bidders that would like to tour the project site shall schedule your visit with Gavin Henderson, Airport Manager, at (775) 463-6592.

Minimum wage rates as established by the Secretary of Labor and State of Nevada are applicable to all schedules awarded for this project.
