NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING The Brown County Planning Commission is presenting the 2025 Brown County Annual Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Report. The annual report is part of Brown County's Storm Water Discharge permit (SWDP), issued by the DNR (NR 216, Wis. Adm. Code). The permit regulates urban storm water runoff from county-owned highway rights-of-way in the Green Bay urbanized area. The Brown County PD&T will hold a public meeting for the annual report on Tuesday, May 5th, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. in Conference Room 200, 305 East Walnut Street, Green Bay, WI 54303. No formal action will be taken at this meeting. The report is available for review at the Brown County Highway office located at 2198 Glendale, Green Bay, WI 54305, and at https://www.browncountywi.gov/departments.
