NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BOROUGH OF STRATFORD JOINT LAND USE BOARD
Please Take notice that on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., the Borough of Stratford ("Borough") Joint Land Use Board ("Board") will hold a public hearing on the application ("Application") of Laurel Mills, LLC ("Applicant") at the Borough Public Safety Building, 315 Union Avenue, Stratford, New Jersey 08084.
The property ("Property"), which is the subject of the Application, is located at 102-120 Warwick Road and designated as Block 116, Lots 14 and 14.04 on the Borough tax maps ("Property").
This Application seeks an extension of the amended preliminary and final major subdivision and amended preliminary and final major site plan approvals memorialized by the Board on September 23, 2021 (Resolution No. 2021-20), to permit the construction of an inclusionary residential development with a retail component and other site improvements on the Property.
The Applicant does not believe that any other approvals, variances, deviations, exceptions, design waivers, or permits are required for the Application. However, the Applicant intends to request at the hearing any other approvals, variances, deviations, permits, exceptions, design waivers and/or permits as may be required to utilize the Property in the manner indicated in the Application materials.
All materials related to the Application are on file with the Board Office at Borough Hall, 307 Union Avenue, Stratford, New Jersey 08084, and are available for public inspection during regular business hours. Although walk-in inspections of the Application materials are permitted, individuals interested in reviewing these Application materials in person at the Board Office are encouraged to contact the Board Secretary, Sharon McCart, at (856) 783-0600, or by e-mail at sharonmccart@stratfordnj.org, during regular business hours, to schedule an appointment to review same or to ask any questions regarding the Application.
