Filing Information: Deadline to File Arguments: April 22, 2026 at 5pm. Filing Fee: $150.00 per Argument. Word Limitation: Arguments are limited to 300 words in length. Argument submittal forms can be found at chandleraz.gov/elections Electronic Filing and Payment: Completed argument forms can be emailed to elections@chandleraz.gov. A payment link will be sent upon receipt of the completed form. Arguments are not considered filed until payment has been received. Box 4008 Chandler AZ 85244-4008 *Checks can be made payable to City of Chandler Each hard copy argument filed must also be submitted in electronic format to the City Clerk’s Office at elections@chandleraz.gov Argument Signature Requirements Individual Filing If submitted by an individual and not on behalf of an organization, a political committee, or any other group, the person must submit the argument with a sworn statement. Organizational Filing If submitted by an organization, the argument must contain the sworn statement of two executive officers of the organization. Political Committee Filing If submitted by a political committee, the argument must contain the sworn statement of the committee’s chairperson or treasurer. The names of persons or entities submitting written arguments will be included in the Information Pamphlet. Persons signing the argument must give their residence address and telephone number, which will not appear in the information pamphlet, except that the person’s city or town and state of residence will appear in the pamphlet.
