NOTICE OF PLANNED FINAL ACTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Kitsap County Board of Commissioners, condemnor, will consider taking final action by approval and passage of a condemnation Resolution that will authorize Kitsap County Prosecuting Attorney to commence Eminent Domain (condemnation) proceedings per Revised Code of Washington (RCW 8.08) against Tax Parcel No. 4059-008-007-0008 on March 23, 2026 beginning at the hour of 10:00 AM, in its Chambers, Kitsap County Administration Building, 619 Division Street, 3rd Floor, Port Orchard, Washington, and remotely (see below).
Real property situated in Section 26, Township 24, Range 1 East, W.M., Kitsap County, Washington in Commissioner District #2 and legally described as follows:
THE SOUTH 78.5 FEET OF THE EAST 84 FEET OF LOTS 7, 8, 9 AND 10, BLOCK 8, SWEANY'S ADDITION TO SIDNEY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN VOLUME 1 OF PLATS, PAGE 55, RECORDS OF KITSAP COUNTY, WASHINGTON; TOGETHER WITH EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS AND RESERVATIONS OF RECORD.
