NOTICE OF PLANNED FINAL ACTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Kitsap County Board of Commissioners, condemnor, will consider taking final action by approval and passage of a condemnation Resolution that will authorize Kitsap County Prosecuting Attorney to commence Eminent Domain (condemnation) proceedings per Revised Code of Washington (RCW 8.08) against Tax Parcel No. 4874-000-026-0005 (Common Area) on March 23, 2026 beginning at the hour of 10:00 AM, in its Chambers, Kitsap County Administration Building, 619 Division Street, 3rd Floor, Port Orchard, Washington, and remotely (see below).
