Ottawa County Treasurer, Anthony L. Hatmaker, Plaintiff vs. Paul Pecine., et., Defendants
Unknow Spouse of Paul Pecina whose current place of residence and post office address is unknown to this Plaintiff, and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 25th day of February 2026 the Ottawa County Treasurer, Anthony L. Hatmaker, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Ottawa county, Ohio and that on the 2nd day of March 2026 the Ottawa County Treasurer, Anthony L. Hatmaker, filed its Amended complaint in the Court of Common Pleas of Ottawa County, Ohio where the same is now pending in Case No. 2026 CVE 147, and thereby commenced a civil action against them and others for judgment for delinquent tax foreclosure upon the following described real estate, to wit:

The relief demanded is judgment against defendants for delinquent property taxes in the amount of Seventeen Thousand Eight Hundred Nine 62/100 ($17,809.62) together with accrued taxes, assessments, penalties, and interest; that each defendant be required to set forth its claim or be forever barred from asserting the same; that the liens be marshaled and the property be sold by the Ottawa County Sheriff in a manner provided by law; and that the proceeds of such sale be applied to the payment and satisfaction of said liens accordance with their priority; for the costs to bring this action; an further relief as equitable and just.
Th person first above mentioned will take further notice that they have been a party defendant to this action.
Each defendant is required to answer said complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication date March 25,2026.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Ruled of Civil Procedure, within the time state, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
