PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Town of Navassa Board of Adjustment   The Town of Navassa Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on March 19, 2026, at 6:00 PM at Navassa Town Hall, 334 Main Street, Navassa, NC, to consider an application submitted by Beacon Towers, LLC on behalf of T-Mobile for approval to construct a 195-foot monopole wireless telecommunications tower and associated equipment compound at 293 Cedar Hill Road, Navassa, NC (Parcel ID 240000304). The proposed tower is intended to provide wireless service coverage for T-Mobile and additional broadband carriers. The request is being reviewed for compliance with Article 9, Section 39 of the Town of Navassa Zoning Ordinance (Telecommunication Facilities). The Navassa Planning Board reviewed the request on February 12, 2026, and issued a unanimous recommendation for approval. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.
