PUBLIC NOTICE   Tunkhannock Township, Monroe County   NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN that the Tunkhannock Township Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing at the Tunkhannock Township Municipal Building located at 1557 Long Pond Road, Pennsylvania, on April 1, 2026, at 4:00 PM.   The purpose of the hearing will be to consider the Short-Term Rental Appeals of SPSTR1 LLC, for Violation 1 – January 6, 2026, and Violation 2 - January 7, 2026, pursuant to STR Ordinance 2019-001 for property address 110 Tunkhannock Drive, Albrightsville, PA 18210, Indian Mountain Lake.   The premises is located at 110 Tunkhannock Drive, Albrightsville, PA 18210, Indian Mountain Lake, Tunkhannock Township, Pennsylvania and currently owned by SPSTR 1 LLC 9450 Southwest Gemini Dr., PMB 77146, Beaverton, OR 97008 and c/o Eric B.
