Take notice that the Upper Southampton Township Zo-ning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 7:00 PM in the Upper Southampton Township First Floor Meeting Room, 939 Street Road, Southampton, PA, on the appeal of William & Jill Mitchell (26-01), regarding Tax Parcel No. 48-005-118, located at 475 Rose Valley Road, in the R-2, Low Den-sity Residential Zoning Dis-trict of Upper Southampton Township. Applicants pro-pose to construct an addition to the existing single-family dwelling. The post construction impervious surface ratio is 23.66%. Ap-plicants seek a variance from §185-22 of the Upper Southampton Township Zo-ning Ordinance (“Ordinance”) Table of Performance Standards and Table of Dimensional Requirements to exceed the per-mitted 19% impervious sur-face ratio. A copy of the application may be viewed by appointment in the Off-ice of Licenses and Inspections at the Township Building.
