WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Mortgage from HARVEY BELL AND KRISTIE BELL, HUSBAND AND WIFE, AND MATTIE BELL, SINGLE, AS JWROS to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. Said legal description being controlling, however the property is more commonly known as 99 MOUNTAIN CREEK DR, GADSDEN, AL 35901.
