Final Judgment was awarded on February 23, 2026 in Civil Case No. 2025-CA-001415, of the Circuit Court of the FIFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Lake County, Florida, wherein, LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and ALFRED R. WILDE; PAMALA GWEN WILDE A/K/A PAMALA G. WILDE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA-DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

TOGETHER WITH A PERPETUAL, NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT OVER AND ACROSS THE WEST 43 FEET OF THE EAST 143.33 FEET OF THE NORTH 990 FEET OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 21, FOR PURPOSES OF INGRESS AND EGRESS TO AND FROM SAID PROPERTY TO GRIFFIN VIEW DRIVE.
TOGETHER WITH 2007 CAVALIER, ENGLEWOOD, 76 X 28 MANUFACTURED HOME, SERIAL NOS: BL07GA0214134A/B LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY.
