NOTICE OF HEARING San Bernardino County, San Bernardino County Fire Protection District Big Bear Valley Recreation and Park District, San Bernardino County Flood Control District, Bloomington Recreation and Park District, Inland Counties Emergency Medical Agency, and Board Governed County Service Areas NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its regular meeting on TUESDAY, March 24, 2026, at 10:00 A.M., the Board of Supervisors of San Bernardino County, acting as the governing body of San Bernardino County, San Bernardino County Fire Protection District, Big Bear Valley Recreation and Park District, San Bernardino County Flood Control District, Bloomington Recreation and Park District, Inland Counties Emergency Medical Agency, and Board Governed County Service Areas, will conduct a hearing to consider fees and fee adjustments for fiscal years 2026-27, 2027-28 and 2028-29 for each of these public entities. The recommended fee adjustments and data showing the amount of costs or estimation of costs required to provide the respective products or services or access, and statement of all anticipated revenue sources, are on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, 385 North Arrowhead Avenue, Second Floor, San Bernardino, CA. SAID HEARING will be conducted in the Covington Chambers located at the County Government Center, 385 North Arrowhead Avenue, First Floor, San Bernardino, CA, where all interested persons may be present and be heard. If you challenge any decision regarding the above recommendations in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the Board of Supervisors at, or prior to, the public hearing. Due to time constraints and the number of persons wishing to give oral testimony, time restrictions may be placed on oral testimony at the public hearing regarding this proposal. You may wish to make your comments in writing to assure that you are able to express yourself adequately.
