PLANNING BOARD
In accordance with MGL, c. 41, s.81-T and the Planning Board’s Regulations, the Planning Board will conduct a public hearing via remote participation pursuant to the Governor’s Order suspending certain provisions of the Open Meeting Law (MGL.c. 30A, s. 18) at 7:05 p.m. on Thursday, March 26, 2026. The Board will consider the Definitive Subdivision and Major Land Disturbance and Stormwater applications for “Cassandra Lane Extension”, a 3-lot residential subdivision. The locus is off of Cassandra Lane. The lots are in the Residential District (R-1) zoning district. The owner/applicant is 2 Pines LLC.
