By virtue of and in execution of the Power of Sale contained in a certain mortgage given by Barrington Robinson to Option One Mortgage Corporation, dated September 25, 2006 and recorded in Plymouth County Registry of Deeds in Book 33490, Page 268 (the “Mortgage”) of which mortgage Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for HSI Asset Securitization Corporation Trust 2007-OPT1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-OPT1 is the present holder by Assignment from American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc. as successor-in-interest to Option One Mortgage Corporation to Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for HSI Asset Securitization Corporation Trust 2007-OPT1 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-OPT1 dated September 5, 2008 and recorded at said Registry of Deeds in Book 36345, Page 292, and Corrective Assignment from Sand Canyon Corporation f/k/a Option One Mortgage Corporation to Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for HSI Asset Securitization Corporation Trust 2007-OPT1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-OPT1 dated January 26, 2016 and recorded at said Registry of Deeds in Book 46540, Page 112, for breach of conditions of said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing the same, the mortgaged premises located at 39 Newbury Street, Brockton, MA 02301 will be sold at a Public Auction at 12:00 PM on April 1, 2026, at the mortgaged premises, more particularly described below, all and singular the premises described in said mortgage, to wit:

NORTHERLY: BY LAND NOW OR FORMERLY OF GERMAINE M. SMALL ONE HUNDRED AND NO/100 (100.00) FEET;
WESTERLY: BY LAND NOW OR FORMERLY OF SCOTT AND SONS BUILDERS, INC. SIXTY-EIGHT AND 18/100 (68.18) FEET; AND
SOUTHERLY: BY LAND NOW OR FORMERLY OF ANNA M. ROSE ONE HUNDRED AND NO/100 (100.00) FEET.
For mortgagor’s title see deed recorded with the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds in Book 18631, Page 249.
The premises will be sold subject to any and all unpaid taxes and other municipal assessments and liens, and subject to prior liens or other enforceable encumbrances of record entitled to precedence over this mortgage, and subject to and with the benefit of all easements, restrictions, reservations and conditions of record and subject to all tenancies and/or rights of parties in possession.
