March 5, 2026 Common Council meeting was called to order by Mayor TeStrake at 5:30 p.m., in the STEM Community Room at UWSP- Marshfield Campus. PRESENT: Mike Feirer, Derek Wehrman, Natasha Tompkins, Scott Koran, Jen Delis, Mike O'Reilly and Andrew Reigel (via Zoom). ABSENT: Brian Varsho, Brian Giles, Rebecca Spiros ALSO PRESENT: City personnel (Steve Barg, Steve Bakos, Brian Barnes, Justin Casperson, Tim Cassidy, Sarah Dresel, Mark Kivela, James Lieven, Tom Loucks, Josh Mauritz, Everett Mueller, Eng Ng, Jill Porter, Tim Rasmussen, Jessica Schiferl, and Jennifer Selenske) and Community members (Richard Kranz and Russ Stauber). Daniel Foth, UW – Extension, led the Common Council and City Staff in a work session to develop a strategic plan. There was discussion among small groups and the group as a whole.
