NOTICE Town of Stettin, Marathon County, Wisconsin Request for bids 2026 Road Projects and Materials The Town of Stettin will be accepting sealed bids for the following: 1) Road Base 1 ¼" – 5000 yds plus or minus, delivered by 5-10 trucks to Countryside Dr, 120th Ave to 136th Ave, 1 mile. 2) Crushed Red Granite – 5000 yds plus or minus, delivered to stockpile at Stettin Garage, 141436 Stettin Dr, Marathon WI 54448 3) Crushed Red Granite – 1000 yds plus or minus, delivered to private residences anywhere in Stettin, to include tax 4) Crushed Red Granite – 2000 yds delivered by 10 trucks minimum, to 128th Ave, from Woodland Dr to town line, 1 mile 5) Sand, coarse washed – 1500 yds plus or minus, delivered to Stettin Garage, 141436 Stettin Dr, Marathon WI 54448 6) Sand, course washed - 1500 yds plus or minus, town picks up. 7) De-icing Salt – 600 Tons plus or minus, delivered to Stettin Garage, 141436 Stettin Dr, Marathon WI 54448 8) Dust Control – price per unit 9) Chipping of brush pile at Stettin Town Garage, 141436 Stettin Dr, Marathon WI 54448 10) Price per pound, per state specs. Rubberized crack sealant installed, all cracks to be ¾" routed, cleaned, sealed and papered. List of crack sealing will be provided at a later date. 11) Price per mile, 22 feet wide, double chip sealing applied, top layer FA2, include cost of sweeping before and after, excess material hauled to Stettin Garage, 141436 Stettin Dr, Marathon WI 54448 12) Striping per mile, double line 13) Price per mile to pulverize, compact with sheep foot roller, grade after base course added by Town of Stettin, compact with sheep foot roller, grade again, and compact with vibratory roller, followed by paving two lifts of 1 ½" with a minimum blacktop depth of 3" after compacting, including 18-24" apron into private residences, 136th Ave, Highland Dr to Highway 29 cul-de-sac, 1 mile. 14) Price per mile to grade after base course added by Town of Stettin, compact with sheep foot roller, grade again, and compact with vibratory roller, followed by paving two lifts of 1 1/2" with a minimum blacktop depth of 3'' after compacting, including 18-24" apron into private residences, Countryside Dr, 120th Ave to 136th Ave, 1 mile.
