The Board of Education of the North Salem Central School District, Town of North Salem, County of Westchester, in Accordance with General Municipal Law Section 103, Article 5-A, hereby invites the submission of bids for the following: "2025 BOND Phase 1 - Roofing and Site Work " project. Project description: the project involves building improvements, including but not limited to: Roof repair and replacement, repaving the parking area and driveway entrance, replacement of curbs, replacement of damage or corroded drainage pipes as detailed in the Contract Documents. Bids will be received for multiple contract projects consisting of the following prime contracts: Contract 1: Site Construction Work and Contract 2: Roof Construction Work.
