Exhibit A LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on or about March 30, 2026 and pursuant to the Orders issued by the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission in Cause Nos. 42943 and 43046 dated December 1, 2006, Cause No. 44019 dated August 18, 2011, Cause No. 44598 dated September 9, 2015, Cause No. 45222 dated July 17, 2019, and Cause No. 45468 dated November 17, 2021, Indiana Gas Company, Inc. d/b/a CenterPoint Energy Indiana North ("CEI North"), will file a request for approval of an update to its Energy Efficiency Rider, including the Energy Efficiency Funding Component and the Sales Reconciliation Component, in Appendix I of CEI North's Tariff for Gas Service. The Energy Efficiency Rider is applicable to residential and commercial customers in CEI North's service area receiving service under rate schedules 210, 220, and 225. CEI North anticipates approval of the filing by May 1, 2026, but no sooner than 30 days after receipt of the filing by the Commission.
