Willemssen/Montag to set the NIMECA annual meeting on April 14, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Harris/Dickinson to allocate the 2025 margin to the NIMECA's reserves. Bilsten/Langschwager to approve the NuEnergen Modeling Services agreement and authorize the CEO to sign.
