NORTH IOWA MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATION
The Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the North Iowa Municipal Electric Cooperative Association was held at the Humboldt Community Center, Humboldt, Iowa, on March 10, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Some members participated electronically under Iowa Code 21.8.
The meeting was called to order by Vice President Steve with the following Directors present: Chad Cleveland, Laurens *; Steve Pick, Spencer; Mitch Langschwager, Alta; Joe Montag, West Bend; Brad Willemssen, Milford; Brian Quirk New Hampton *; Craig Olson, Ex-Officio KOPAEG; Tim Duhrkopf, Sumner *; Lisa Harris, Graettinger; Adam Dickinson, Webster City; John Bilsten, Algona. Willemssen/Montag to approve the minutes of the February 10, 2026 Board of Directors meeting. Bilsten/Langschwager to approve and file the Operations Reports for January 2026. Langschwager/Willemssen to approve and file the Financial Reports for January 2026. Willemssen/Montag to set the NIMECA annual meeting on April 14, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Harris/Dickinson to allocate the 2025 margin to the NIMECA's reserves. Bilsten/Langschwager to approve the NuEnergen Modeling Services agreement and authorize the CEO to sign.
