NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Etna Township Board of Zoning Appeals Etna, Ohio The Etna Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, starting at 6:00 p.m. at the Etna Township Administration Building, 81 Liberty Street, Etna, Ohio. The application submitted by Toledo Sign Co., Inc., c/o Robert Hall, for the property located at 101 Carter Drive, Etna, Ohio 43068, within the GB-1 General Business Zoning District, requests variances from Section 1207.C (Landscaping Requirement for Permanent Freestanding On-Premise Signs) and Table 12-1 (Maximum Sign Area and Height for Major Development Signs) in order to construct a freestanding major development sign.
