Containing 4.35 Acres General Vicinity: Euclid Avenue and 43rd Avenue, lying within Supervisorial District 5, in an unincorporated area. Said road(s) having been surveyed and a map thereof prepared by the County Engineer that pursuant to the provisions of ARS §28-6701, a hearing on said petition will be held by the Board of Supervisors of Maricopa County, Arizona, in the meeting room of said Board located at 205 West Jefferson, Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona, on the 25th day of March, 2026 at 9:30 A.M., for the purpose of considering the feasibility, advantage and necessity of the highway sought to be established, and you and each of you, and all persons wishing to object to the action prayed for in said petition are directed to file with said Board of Supervisors a statement in writing setting forth any objection or opposition and to show cause why said petition should not be granted.
