Scope of Work
The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide construction administrative and inspection services for upgrades to Lift Station 66 and Lift Station 77, including the installation of new force and gravity sewer mains located in the right of way. The project site is located in the north Phoenix area from Loop 303 and 51st Avenue to Cave Creek Road and Loop 101. The estimated total construction cost for this project is $15 million.
Pre-Submittal Meeting Information
A pre-submittal meeting will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, March 20, 2026, at City Hall, 200 W. Washington St., 9th Floor, Water Services Department Training Room AND via Teams. At this meeting, City staff will discuss the scope of work, general project requirements, and respond to questions from the attendees. It is strongly recommended that interested consultants attend the pre-submittal meeting. Inquiries regarding the project scope outside of this pre-submittal meeting must be submitted through the Procurement Portal.
Request For Qualifications Packet
On Thursday, March 12, 2026 the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) may be downloaded from the Procurement Portal at: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/phoenix
Consultants receiving a copy of the Request for Qualifications through any other means are strongly encouraged to download it from the City's Procurement Portal.
Firms must be registered in the City's e-Procurement Portal https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/phoenix as a vendor to submit a Statement of Qualifications.
General Information
The City of Phoenix will provide reasonable accommodations for alternate formats of the RFQ by calling Alissa Bahr at (602) 256-4107 or TTY 711. Requests will only be honored if made within the first week of the advertising period. Please allow a minimum of seven calendar days for production.
