NOTICE AND REQUEST FOR STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR BOOSTER PUMP STATION 55A DESIGN PROJECT THE CITY OF SCOTTSDALE SOLICITATION NUMBER: 26RFSQ029 The City of Scottsdale, Arizona (“City”) is accepting Statements of Qualifications (“SOQ”) from qualified engineering firms/teams capable of providing design services for the Booster Pump Station 55A Project.   The City will award a single contract for engineering consulting services to one firm to assist the city in developing construction plans, specifications, cost estimates, permitting, utility coordination, and other services/contract documents for future construction utilizing the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) delivery approach. The contract award will also include a construction phase services option for future construction phase administration and inspection. This project involves design of new booster pump station 55A with a firm capacity of approximately 46 MGD.
