CITY OF RAVENNA LEGAL NOTICE Sealed bids must be submitted electronically through bidexpress.com, until 11:00 am Ohio time on April 6th, 2026 and will then be opened at the Mayor' s office at 210 Parkway in Ravenna and read for: "ANNUAL PAVING PROGRAM- CONTRACT 2026-A" The proposed work under this contract includes asphalt planning and resurfacing, asphalt patching, crack sealing, concrete roadway repairs, asphalt and concrete road base repairs, curb ramp and sidewalk replacements, replacement of and installation of new storm structures, removing and relaying brick pavers, and associated work items. The estimated cost for this project is $1,226,500 without alternate items and $1,420,400 with all alternate items. Copies of Specifications and Contract Documents may be examined online on BidExpress and at the office of the City Engineer, 530 North Freedom Street, Ravenna, Ohio 44266. Copies will not be available to purchase at this office. The electronic bids can only be submitted through Bid Express and must be electronically endorsed by the Bidder.
