PUBLIC NOTICE INVITATION TO BID Sealed bids will be received by the Marion Township Board of Trustees, 1228 E. Fairground St., Marion, OH 43302 at 5:30p.m. prevailing time on April 7, 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened and read and the contract amount awarded as soon as possible for resurfacing of township roads. Each bid must contain the full name of every person or company interested in same. Bid specifications may be obtained from the Marion Township Fiscal Officer, phone 740.272.1383 or on the township website mariontwp.org. Bid prices are to remain firm for 60 days after bids are opened. The Marion Township Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or part, to waive any informality in any or all bids, to accept the bid or part if deems most favorable to the township after the bids have been examined and checked.
