NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Village Council of Millersport, Ohio (the "Council") pursuant to Resolution #1412 duly adopted on March 10, 2026 (the "Resolution of Sufficiency") has set the time and place for a hearing on the petition for the establishment of the Millersport New Community Authority a new community district established pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Chapter 349 (the "Petition"). The hearing will be held at 6:00 p.m. on April 14, 2026, at the Village's Municipal Office: 2245 Refugee Street, Millersport, Ohio 43046.
