NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with MGL Ch. 40A Sections 9 and 11 and with Scituate Zoning Bylaw Section 530 (Accessory Dwelling Special Permit) and Section 940 (Referrals) the Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:35 P.M. on Thursday, March 26, 2026 in the Select Board Hearing Room at Scituate Town Hall, 600 Chief Justice Cushing Hwy, Scituate, MA. The subject of the Hearing is an application submitted by Applicant/Owners James and Sally Ritchie for an Accessory Dwelling Special Permit for a large accessory dwelling unit to be located in a new addition to the principal dwelling at property located at 35 Beaver Dam Road, Scituate, MA. Property as shown on Assessor's Map/Block/Parcel 50-1-8-0. Plans are available for review in the Planning Board Office, Town Hall, 600 Chief Justice Cushing Highway, Scituate, during normal business hours. Abutters and other interested parties are invited to attend this Public Hearing.
