Ch. 225 §17, Bert’s Boat Yard, LLC with a business address of 69 Norton Street, Weymouth, Massachusetts 02191, which has a lien for boat storage on the vessel, a 1984 33’ Cruisers, Inc. boat with Hull ID #CRS3531BE484 and MA Registration #MS 2883BF, whose last known owner is Steven Carter of 41 Beechwood Road, Braintree, Massachusetts 02184, intends to be sold to satisfy the lien or be disposed of. The owner and any lienholder have the right to reclaim the vessel within 30 days, subject to the rights of any other lienholder. Failure to claim the vessel within 90 days will constitute a waiver of all rights, title and interest in the vessel. The vessel is stored at Bert’s Boat Yard, LLC at the above referenced address.
