PUBLIC NOTICE – REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) Read Foundation, dba Memphis School of Excellence will receive sealed proposals at 8364 Macon Rd., Cordova, TN 38018, and will accept sealed proposals until March 24, 2026 at 5:00 PM CST for a vendor-managed School Uniform Program. Memphis School of Excellence seeks a qualified vendor to provide production, inventory management, an online sales portal, and distribution of official school uniforms under a vendor-managed inventory and revenue-sharing model. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in a bid, and to make awards in the best interest of the Owner.
