PUBLIC NOTICE – REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) Read Foundation, dba Memphis School of Excellence will receive sealed qualifications at 8364 Macon Rd., Cordova, TN 38018, and will accept sealed submissions until March 24, 2026 at 5:00 PM CST for a vendor-managed Apparel, Athletics, and Spirit Wear Program. Memphis School of Excellence seeks qualified vendors capable of producing and managing branded staff apparel, student spirit wear, athletic uniforms, and related merchandise, including online storefront management, inventory management, and order fulfillment under a revenue-sharing model. Interested vendors may obtain the full Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and submission requirements by contacting khackworth@sememphis.org. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in a bid, and to make awards in the best interest of the Owner. All proposals must be delivered by U.S. Postal mail, courier, or hand delivery to the Memphis School of Excellence Central Office at the above address on or before the date and time set to receive proposals.
