LEGAL NOTICE   The Delaware River Basin Commission (“DRBC” or “Commission”) is seeking a qualified consulting firm to provide technical and strategic support to Commission staff in completing Phase 2 of its Water Resources Resilience Plan (“WRRP”). The purpose of the WRRP is to evaluate the impacts of climate change and other challenges on the water resources of the Delaware River Basin (“Basin”) and to formulate management approaches, including recommended policies and rules, to improve resilience and adaptation to changing hydrologic conditions in the Basin. The Request for Proposal is available on the Commission’s website www.drbc.gov. Deadline for proposal submission is 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time, on Friday, April 17, 2026.
