EXECUTION
TO: Shayla L. Bond; Micah Bond; Braden Dylan Jackson; Janet Roe, unknown spouse, if any, of Braden Dylan Jackson; and Occupants of the Premises.
All Persons Having or Claiming an Interest in the Real Property
Notice is hereby given that on the 13 day of April, 2026, at 10 o’clock, a.m., at the Front Lobby of the Washington County Courthouse, 420 South Johnstone Ave, Bartlesville, Washington County, Oklahoma 74003, the undersigned Sheriff will offer for sale and sell for cash to the highest and best bidder, subject to real estate ad valorem taxes and superior special assessments on the following described real property, to-wit:
A part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW/4 SW/4 SE/4) of Section Four (4), Township Twenty-six (26) North, Range Thirteen (13) East bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point that is 275 feet North and 20 feet East of the SW corner of the SW/4 SW/4 SE/4, Section Four (4), Township Twenty-six (26) North, Range Thirteen (13) East; thence East 150 feet; thence North 65 feet; thence West 150 feet; thence South 65 feet to the point of beginning, Washington County, Oklahoma, a/k/a 122 Northeast Elmhurst Avenue, Bartlesville, Oklahoma 74006.
Sale will be made pursuant to a Special Execution and Order of Sale issued out of the office of the Court Clerk in and for Washington County, Oklahoma, and pursuant to judgment for Plaintiffs as follows:
FIRST: The costs of said action accrued and accruing;
SECOND: The judgment and first lien of the Plaintiffs, in the amount of $72,610.50, as of September 4, 2025, plus attorney’s fees awarded by this Court, and all other fees and expenses incurred by Plaintiffs in its efforts to collect, and such other costs, expenses, and attorney fees as maybe allowed by law, with interest thereon at the same rate, until paid.
The property has been duly appraised in the sum of $118,100.
